2. Bookings, Payments & Pricing
Once you find a provider that meets your needs:
Click on their listing to view their service offerings, vehicle/menu details, and rates.
Click the “Chat on WhatsApp” or “Call Provider” button.
Send your dates, hotel name, and requirements directly to the vendor to finalize your arrangement.
All payments are settled directly between you and the vendor. Most providers accept Saudi Riyal (SAR) cash on delivery/pickup, local Saudi bank transfers, or international digital payment cards (such as Visa/Mastercard via portable POS terminals). Always confirm the payment terms and currency with the provider before receiving the service.
The rates displayed on listings are baseline guide prices in Saudi Riyal (SAR). During peak seasons (such as the last ten nights of Ramadan or official Hajj days), rates for transport and private ziyarat tours may vary based on demand, road closures, and municipal access permits.
3. Location, Proximity & Delivery
Use the search bar on our directory page and enter your hotel name or area (for example: Ajyad, Ibrahim Al Khalil, Aziziyah, Central Area Madinah). Our proximity search will rank verified providers closest to your pinned location so you minimize wait times.
Yes. Most listed laundry and catering providers specialize in hotel delivery across the Central Zones (Markaziyah). Simply share your hotel name, room number, and WhatsApp live location when coordinating with them.
In Makkah and Madinah, municipal authorities frequently close roads surrounding the Haram 30 to 45 minutes before and after obligatory prayers. When booking airport transfers or ziyarat trips, coordinate pickup times with your driver outside prayer congestion windows.
4. Safety & Assistance
We screen listing submissions to ensure contact details, service descriptions, and operating locations are authentic. You can also read ratings and authentic reviews left by fellow pilgrims. We always encourage pilgrims to clarify deliverables and pricing in writing over WhatsApp before confirming.

5. For Vendors & Service Providers
Click the “Add Listing” button in our main menu. Fill in your business details, operating cities (Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah), contact phone/WhatsApp number, pricing guide, and high-quality photos. Our team will review and publish your listing within 24 hours.
Yes. Once registered as a vendor, you can log in to your dashboard at any time to update your pricing, change your contact number, add new photos, or adjust your service availability.
